• What is the warranty?

  The warranty varies based upon the product. UltraSite provides a limited warranty on site furnishing products. These warranties cover damage due to failure or corrosion of metal parts that cause the product to become structurally unfit for its intended use.   Most UltraSite Products are available in (P) Portable, (S) Inground, or (SM) Surface Mount options. • What is the lead time?

  The lead time is the time between the initiation of an order placed by a customer and completion of a production process. This time varies according to the product and can range from 3 – 4 weeks.

• How much assembly is required?

  The assembly requirements vary according to the product and this information can be requested through our customer service team. Detailed instructions as well as required tools can be found in the installation instructions of each UltraSite product.

• Is mounting harware included?

  Mounting harware is not included with the product unless specified.
